The hospitals were not competent enough to process the claims despite hours of calls, escalations and restating the policy information, but Tammy was so patient with them and me. I always felt that I had a choice in the matter and I was always given the options on how to move forward. Carmen put my mind at ease when the accident initially happened and educated me on the initial process. Thereafter Tammy was my contact and Mr. Henningsen handled things so well that I had to go and meet Tammy in person (although I could have completed things remotely). I wanted to shake her hand and look her in the eye for helping me through this. I had just missed Mr. Henningsen, but I wanted to do the same with them. He is definitely reflected in his team and they are all wonderful!

Mrs. Tammy was my case manager and she is A1! She is very professional. Mrs. Tammy communicates thoroughly and timely which is really important when going through an emergency situation. Any time I had a question, Mrs. Tammy answered me with clear and direct answers! I had never been in an accident prior to my incident in 2018 and she gave me so much peace throughout my case. I am so glad I found them. During that time, I didn’t have any medical insurance, my car was a total loss, and suddenly it was a domino effect of unfortunate events for me such as losing my job, housing, etc...My attorney group still made sure I had the best medical care and transportation. I’d also like to mention that my settlement was reached pretty quickly compared to what I’ve been told is the norm; and it was more than enough for me to get my life back together, even after the medical bills, etc...I truly felt as if they fought for me!
