Mrs. Tammy was my case manager and she is A1! She is very professional. Mrs. Tammy communicates thoroughly and timely which is really important when going through an emergency situation. Thereafter Tammy was my contact and Mr. Henningsen handled things so well that I had to go and meet Tammy in person (although I could have completed things remotely).
